Our romantic wooden house was built around 1895 and has since been renovated and modernized with great attention to detail. Today it belongs to the architectural monuments in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz and in the time and origin of the unique resort architecture.

After extensive modernization and reconstruction measures, our beautiful holiday home has reopened its doors to Usedom lovers. The six apartments (living room and bedroom) and the holiday room with shower / WC are equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, radio, telephone (local calls free). All apartments have their own car parking lot on the enclosed property. Our guests can use the romantic garden with seating in the beach chair or in the sitting area.
The beach promenade and the beach can be reached via the promenade gate and the beach entrance in no time. Shops can be reached both on foot (about 10 minutes) as well as by car. The Zinnowitz beach promenade with its spa villas and the playful landscaped garden invites you to go for a walk. A visit to our 315-m-long Vineta pier allows for further views over the sea and back to the buildings of the Zinnowitz promenade. The cycle path is right in front of our house: it leads on the beach promenade west to Trassenheide and Karlshafen, to Peenemünde, further east over the fishing villages Zempin and Koserow to the imperial baths.
